The NHP Foundation created Operation Pathways to meet
the needs of the residents in our communities. On-site Resident Service
Coordinators develop and implement programs and services to assist
residents in developing self-sufficient lives.
The NHP Foundation offers a wide range of resident services throughout our 28

OPERATION PATHWAYS FOCUS ON THREE PRIMARY AREAS:
Pathway to Academic Achievement
Promotes educational achievement and support for children from pre-kindergarten-age
to 18 year-olds. Residents have access to technology and resource
centers as well as a variety of programming that develops reading
fundamentals, social skills, and good study habits.
Pathway to Self-Sufficiency
Provides programs and services geared toward the first-time homebuyer,
including educational programs on how to qualify for a mortgage,
shop for a home, obtain credit reports, and more. Seniors are
also empowered through a variety of activities to stay involved
in their communities, while retaining their independence.
Pathway to Healthy Living
Residents of all ages take advantage of wellness programming that
includes athletic activities and cultural enrichment.
