Our Work - Operation Pathways

The NHP Foundation created Operation Pathways to meet the needs of the residents in our communities. The NHP Foundation offers a wide range of resident services throughout our 28 properties.  To learn more about programs offered at specific locations, please click here to find properties in your area.

Pathway to Self-Sufficiency
Provides programs and services geared toward the first-time homebuyer, including educational programs on how to qualify for a mortgage, shop for a home, obtain credit reports, and more. Seniors are also empowered through a variety of activities to stay involved in their communities, while retaining their independence.
