The NHP Foundation

Our Mission:

   The NHP Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making investments

    that preserve and create affordable multifamily housing for low- to moderate-

    income families and seniors. The Foundation also provides a comprehensive

    array of programs and services to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Our Strengths:

     We combine a thorough knowledge of real estate fundamentals with an understanding

    of resident needs. Experience gained from 20 years of affordable housing

    investment allows us to knowledgeably evaluate the multitude of factors that go

    into a successful investment decision. We gain further support from a dedicated

    Board of Trustees.

Our Beliefs:

    We believe in the dignity of our residents and their need for safe, clean, functional

    housing that is affordable to them. We also believe that the inclusion of

    comprehensive resident services not only provides important support for residents

    of all ages, but it also builds communities.

Our Goal:

     We strive to be recognized as a superior organization that efficiently and

     effectively accomplishes its mission. We are committed to quality in all aspects

     of the Foundation – quality employees, quality properties and quality services

     for our residents.
